In church, it's easy to feel a little lost in the crowd, especially if you're visiting the church for the first time. But we want you to feel that the leadership are easily accessible and would love you to come and say hello. Leadership
The church is pastored by Phil & Caroline and they have a son. They are both recognised and ordained ministers with Elim Pentecostal churches and came to Chiswick with considerable experience in missions and ministry.

 Alastair Webber
Worship Leader
Alastair leads the worship at CCC and is on the ministry team. Alastair is developing as a song writer and is raising up and training a youth worship team. He is married to Sharon with a daughter.
 Michael Phombeah
Worship & Ministry
Michael is actively involved in the worship ministry at CCC and the ministry team. Michael is married to Sonia and they have a daughter. They are also prayer missionaries with IHOP London.

KLC Church Pastor
Desmond has served in many areas of CCC. He is now pastor of the CCC church plant Kingdom Living Church in Staines. He is married to Patricia and they have four daughters.

Pastoral Assistant
Rachel is actively involved in many areas within CCC. Her primary focus is to assist the pastors within all aspects of church life, including pastoral care and prayer.
 Sean Crellin
Pastoral Assistant
Sean is a 2nd year graduate of the Equippers Bible College and works in Business. His primary focus is to assist Pastor Phil Whitehead pastorally and practically.
 Sue White
Healing Place Ministry
Sue leads the Healing Place ministry, she has 7 children and is actively involved in church life, serving in all areas within CCC for many years.
Office Team
 Andrea Brookes
Church Administrator & Youth Ministry
Andrea manages the church building and office and oversees all conferences and events at CCC. She previously worked in prison ministry and overseas in missions, and has a passion for children, youth and to see revival come to London!
 Afolabi Onipede (Ricky)
Finance
Afolabi is a Chartered Accountant and manages the church finances, donations and Gift Aid. She has four children and she is involved in the prayer and intercession ministry within CCC.
 Deborah Stonell
Marketing & Communications
Deborah manages the communications for the church and all conferences and events. She also oversees the website and is a church member. She is married to Mark and they have a son, Joseph.
